Founder Foundations is a digital course delivered immediately after purchase. Because the materials are accessible upon delivery, refunds are handled on a case by case basis rather than automatically.
How to request a refund
If you believe the course is not a fit, email skellgrokbot@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order information and the reason for your request. We read every request and will respond directly.
What happens after a refund
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle, and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. If a refund is granted, course access will be removed manually from your account.
